Privacy Policy

We don't sell anything directly

Doll House Australia is an information and product-discovery site. We don't take orders or payments, and we don't ask you to create an account to browse. Purchases happen on Amazon Australia or the retailer you choose, under that retailer's own privacy policy.

Information collected when you browse

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site secure and running reliably.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages and guides are useful — for example, how many people view a category or click through to a retailer. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Advertising

Some guides show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ad Settings, and read how Google uses this information in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Our monthly email

If you subscribe, we store your email address, the page you subscribed from, the date and your approximate country (from your connection) so we can send the email and keep a record of your consent. The list is stored on Cloudflare's servers and is never sold or shared. Every email has an unsubscribe link; once you use it we stop emailing you. You can also ask us to delete your address through our contact page.

Saved collection and wishlist

The "My Collection" and swipe features store your saved items in your own browser's local storage. That information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Amazon and other retailer links

When you follow a link to Amazon Australia, Amazon may set cookies to attribute a purchase to our affiliate account. Those cookies are controlled by Amazon and covered by Amazon's privacy notice. See our affiliate disclosure for how these links work.
